Dr. JOSEPH DOGROU GRAH is an Ivorian economic-diplomacy expert, academic, and development strategist with over 20 years of international experience. He holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy, serves as an ambassador for the African Tourism Board (ATB) in Côte d'Ivoire, Founder of the South Africa-Côte d’Ivoire Cooperation Board (SACICB) and works in business development, education and medical research. Specialized in international relations, governance, and conflict management, with extensive field experience including work with the United Nations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Co-founded the Université Ephrata and the Institut National Supérieur des Sciences de l’Agriculture et de l’Alimentation (INSSA-AL Ephrata) in Côte d’Ivoire. He serves as the current C.E.O of GRAADE LEGACY GROUP Pty Ltd in South Africa.

Japaul Energy SA: Mr Olagbaju served as the Managing Director of Japaul Energy Africa, SA (based in Cotonou, Benin Republic) from 2011 to 2015. GITU NJUGUNA is an accomplished Energy Lawyer and Regulatory affairs expert with over a decade of experience at the intersection of Maritime Law, Energy Law, Oil and Gas Law, Public policy, and Legislative Drafting . Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Regulatory Affairs at the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA), he is a key figure in shaping the Legal frameworks that govern Kenya’s Energy and Petroleum industries.

His career is distinguished by a unique blend of in-depth legal knowledge and practical commercial acumen. Before his current role, Gitu Njuguna served as a Legal Counsel for the Kenyan Parliamentary Service Commission, as well as the Kenya Ports Authority. This experience has given him a profound understanding of the legislative process and the intricacies of public policy, which all began at his mentoring at the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice in Kenya.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Energy Institute.

A recognized expert in his field, he is known for his strategic thinking, ability to convert ideas into Laws and Policy that solve problems, and commitment to modernizing legal practices. He has made significant contributions to policy and legislative drafting, in Kenya. His work bridges the gap between complex legal theory and practical, impactful solutions for Kenya’s evolving Energy and Petroleum landscape.

Dr. Aurelie Roxanne Measseu-Allegra is a renowned leader in the pursuit of justice, human rights, and the fight against poverty. Born in Abidjan, Côte D'Ivoire, Driven by a deep-seated passion for fairness and equality, she has dedicated her life to making a meaningful impact on the world. As the President and CEO of Africa Diaspora United, Dr. Measseu-Allegra orchestrates efforts to address pressing issues facing communities across the African diaspora. Her vision is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to justice, economic empowerment, and fundamental human rights. Dr. Measseu-Allegra's journey is marked by significant achievements and contributions. She earned recognition as valedictorian for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Phlebotomy from the Department of Clinical Laboratory Science at Howard University in Washington DC in 2005. Her commitment to excellence continued as she served as a member of the Maryland Land Title Association from November 2006 to October 2007. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Measseu-Allegra has played pivotal roles in various capacities. She served as a regional director for Astra-Zeneca and as a Special Advisor to the late President Gle Robert Guéï of Côte D'Ivoire, where her insights and expertise influenced critical decisions. Her endeavors extend beyond corporate realms, as she has also been an advocate for peace and freedom in Africa, serving as an executive board member of the African Chamber of Commerce in Dallas, TX. Education lies at the heart of Dr. Measseu-Allegra's journey. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Sciences and an Honorary Ph.D. in Business Administration from Harvest Christian University. Additionally, her commitment to spiritual care led her to become a Licensed Chaplain & Commission, allowing her to provide support and guidance to those in need.She is a big advocate for energy sustainability in Africa.
